Knowing TX, she generally holds a grudge, so MR is no chance. Selene probably.
Still, opinions can be swayed by a FTC. I've seen people get caught up in strong FTC performances.

I sorta feel at this point I'm going to have to vote for Xena just to ensure MoRu doesn't win. Because I really don't see how MoRu deserves it. Also Alice completely disregarding the Sulaco's is so rude and I can't   I also got bit annoyed when Alice said pre-merge Sulaco didn't matter. Just because Nostromo was awful doesn't mean everything that happened for Sulaco in the first two weeks doesn't count. It set up the rest of the game for the them, just like it did for Nostromo. |

Is it just me, or is MR actually in with a chance here? Xena's getting defensive and kind of tanking herself, and Selene... well... cbf reading her Blondzilla-length novella. Sorry I haven't really posted more, Ripley. Not working overnight anymore actually makes it HARDER for me to focus on ORGs, I've found. I've paid attention as best I could at least. |

Do we all agree though that strategy means nothing if you don't have the social game to make your plans happen? I don't know, it seems to me that Russia DID have the social game to make her shit happen... because IT HAPPENED. I get not being able to put in hours upon hours upon hours of time on the board, working full time myself and having an ailing mother, among other commitments. It's part of why I retired. I just couldn't make it work anymore. Russia may have been on the bottom, but she made it work. |

The problem with MR is that she only put in a big effort to talk to the people who were in her plans. Which is all well and good to get yourself to the end, but then you're there and asking people who you didn't have much of a relationship with to vote for you? Tough sell. The point isn't to get to the end, it's to get there and have the votes. Playing a superb strategic game can mean shit all if no one cares about you. If the jury wants to vote on best strategic game you'll be okay, but how many people actually do that? Personally, I would only use the strategy aspect to decide between people I liked/disliked equally.

SELENE VOTERS: Kaylee
MO RUSH VOTERS: T-X
And these would be likely?
XENA: Claire
SELENE: Babydoll
MO RUSH: Alice, Jessica
?: Cameron
Which means Xena should definitely have 4. But I see the other 6 split between Selene and Mo Rush unless Cameron votes Mo Rush or Jessica votes Selene. So it'd either be TX/Alice/Jessica/Cameron on MR or Kaylee/Babydoll/Cameron/Jessica on Selene. And that's if none of those decide to vote Xena.
If it ends up a 4-4-2 then Selene/MR win with the other's tiebreaker vote. But I just see this ending up 4-3-3 and a Xena win.

I don't think it's unreasonable to want answers earlier than right before the deadline so you have time to think them over and make a decision. 10 people. If it were me, I wouldn't give my answers later on. The jury can wait until I've got something good to say The time allocated was supposed to allow for follow ups, so if it were me I would answer early enough to let people do it Didn't want to have this argument in that thread  |
